Welcome to And She Grows.
I'm Lisa Marie Grantham, and I'm beyond delighted that you're here.
For much of my adult life, I have been building, creating, learning, teaching, and reinventing. I’ve owned businesses, coached women around the world, written books, raised a family, survived heartbreak, celebrated triumphs, weathered multiple catastrophic hurricanes, and started over more times than I can count.
Each chapter brought lessons, growth, and a deeper understanding of what truly matters.
Yet somewhere along the way, I realized that life isn’t just about achieving goals or reaching the next milestone.
It’s about cultivating a life that feels good to live.
These days you’ll most often find me on our little farm in Southwest Florida, tending gardens, raising puppies, caring for chickens, experimenting with herbal recipes, cooking food, preserving food, decorating our home (both inside and outside), and finding beauty in the everyday moments that once seemed ordinary and quite frankly… boring.
The truth is, I’ve spent years helping others design lives they love on their own terms. Now, I’m slowing down enough to fully enjoy the life I’ve created myself.
And She Grows was born from that realization.

It’s about building a beautiful life, slowly and intentionally.

Some will inspire.
Some will simply invite you to sit on the porch with me for a little while.
Because the older I get, the more I believe that growth isn’t something we accomplish once. It’s something we continue to choose.
Season after season. Year after year.
We plant.
We nurture.
We bloom.
We begin again.
And through it all, we grow.
